Ordnance Survey has today announced that it has again teamed up with UK Cycling Events to be the Official Mapping Partner for five early season cycle sportives.
Following on from a successful inaugural season the 2016 series will feature classic road rides as well as off-road trail sessions aimed to suit riders of all abilities.
Those who book a spot on one of the rides will automatically get a month’s free subscription to the OS Maps app, perfect for helping plan routes for future rides.
Vamper haven’t taken part in an Ordnance Survey sportive yet, but having ridden a number organised by UK Cycling Events, we are keen to try the Spin Series.
Featuring nice early season distances these look like the perfect tonic to a festive season of excess.
